DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

DO YOU SELL DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?

I do! I have them set up in my Ko-fi shop :)
https://ko-fi.com/teebugart/shop

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

I ship domestically within the UK and internationally! If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to email me! :)

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. International orders will be sent with Royal Mail International shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It will take me about 1 week to process and ship your order. Orders will be taken to the post office every Monday! After it’s been shipped, please give the package 1-2 weeks to arrive as there may be delays within Royal Mail.

If those time frames have passed and your package still isn’t there, reach out to me through the contact form at the top of my website (with your name and order number) and I will look into it!

Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations

I do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please be mindful when placing your order :)

My package was stolen/lost!

Once I ship the package out to you, it is out of my control. Sadly, if your package gets stolen or lost by the postal service it is your responsibility as a customer to file a claim with Royal Mail. I cannot offer you a replacement or refund since these situations are out of my control, and as a one person business, I can’t afford to replace/refund these orders.

I recommend being patient and waiting to see if it shows up, OR contacting your local post office and asking them where it might be.

I also recommend showing up to the post office in person to see if anybody can resolve the issue.

I put the wrong address on my order :( What now?

Please double check your details before placing an order. In the event that this happens, drop me an email asap! I will do my best to change this for you...however if this has already been shipped it is out of my control :(

Why is shipping so expensive?

I do not make ANY money from shipping prices. I prefer to keep shipping prices transparent instead of inflating the prices of my products and advertising 'free shipping' as a guise to help sell things. The cost of shipping reflects the purchase of a label from Royal Mail, as well as the cost of the mailer + other packaging supplies.
